Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms.
By accessing or using the website and services provided by Thailand Websites. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use my services.

2. Services.
I offer freelance web design, graphic design, and social media management services (“Services”). Specific project deliverables and timelines will be outlined in separate written agreements (e.g., proposals, statements of work).

3. Proposals, Quotes & Payment.
Proposals/Quotes: All project proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is due upon acceptance of the proposal.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final deliverables are handed over.

Additional Services: Any work beyond the scope of the original agreement will be billed at my standard hourly rate of ฿1000 or as otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Revisions & Changes.
Scope of Revisions: Proposals include up to two rounds of client-requested revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges at my hourly rate.

Change Requests: Any requests that alter the scope (features, pages, deliverables) must be documented in writing and may require adjusting fees and timelines.

5. Client Responsibilities.
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and assets required for me to deliver the Services. Delays in providing materials may result in adjusted timelines and additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property.
Ownership: Upon full payment, I transfer to you all rights, title, and interest in deliverables (design files, code, graphics, content) created specifically for your project.

Third-Party Assets: Any third-party fonts, images, or plugins are licensed to you under their own terms. You are responsible for any licensing fees.

Portfolio Use: I retain the right to display completed projects and related materials in my portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

7. Confidentiality.
I agree to keep confidential all non-public information you provide. Similarly, you agree to keep any proprietary processes or strategies shared confidential.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers.
Performance Warranty: I warrant that Services will be performed in a professional manner.

No Other Warranties: Except as expressly stated, I disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms and Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you.

10. Termination.
Either party may terminate the project agreement in writing if the other party breaches material terms and fails to remedy within 14 days of notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.

12. Changes to Terms.
I may update these Terms periodically. I will post the revised date at the top. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
